Would I need a paid account?

Yes, this is ideal as the trial versions would have restrictions. If you are on the starter subscription of Dubsado, get in touch and let’s see how I could help.

Do you have any discount codes?

Yes, indeed!

For new subscriptions:

Claim 20% discount off your first year/month of a new subscription for Dubsado. Code for Dubsado: VCA20 or click HERE

How does payment work for your services?

Done-for-you setups require a 50% payment to book and the remaining 50% due before project completion.
Standalone services require upfront payment in full before work commences.
By the hour services require a 30% non-refundable deposit (equivalent to 5hrs) and the remainder billed at the end of service according to hours worked.

Does done for you setups include client list update or migration?

If your business management system does not offer this service (most do with a waiting list), this can be done at additonal costs.

What information do you need from me?

I will not sugarcoat this! Initially, for setups, your homework would be to supply me with a TON of information so I can get started and set up for success! Only once I have received all the information, can I officially start. Don’t worry I will be here to guide you.

What would my Proposal or form design look like?

For Dubsado setup clients, I have Sample Proposal options for you to choose from. This will be the design basis for all forms and customized to your unique business branding. If you’d like to splurge on a different design or wow your clients, choose coded forms as an add on. Coded forms include one year of technical support.

I do not have branding for my business, do you offer this?

Yes! Branding for your business is available and can be arranged at extra costs.

Do you provide copywriting services?

Yes, at additional costs.
