For new subscriptions:

  • Done-for-you setups require a 50% payment to book and the remaining 50% due before project completion.
  • Standalone services require upfront payment in full before work commences.
  • By the hour services require a 30% non-refundable deposit (equivalent to 5hrs) and the remainder billed at the end of service according to hours worked.
If your business management system does not offer this service (most do with a waiting list), this can be done at additonal costs.

During the process of your setup we’ll work together to choose a theme/designs that reflects your branding. If you would like to splurge on other available templates please let me know (system dependent).

I will not sugarcoat this! Initially, for setups, your homework would be to supply me with a TON of information so I can get started setting you up for success! Once all required information is received, I’m able to start on your setup. Don’t worry I will be here to guide you.
